the breakfast buffet was amazing. it had a huge variety of options. the check-in process was pleasant and efficient, and the staff were positive and nice.

Convenient Airport Stay
easy check-infriendly staff
I found mobile check-in very easy. The staff WAS friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the effort made by the bar manager to change the channel so i could watch my game.

Mixed Experience at Airport Hotel
broken showerlong walk
The shower in my room was not fully functional. The shower head holder was loose, so the shower head moved around. The button to switch to the rain shower was broken. I could not use it. the walk to my room felt excessively long. I felt exhausted after dragging my luggage through endless corridors.

long lineinadequate ventilation
The check-in line was seriously long, like a theme park ride! i think they need a better system, maybe automatic kiosks or something. the thermostat in my room barely worked, and it felt super stuffy. A technician had to come fix it. even after all that, it wasn't really that COMFORTABLE.
